August 11th volunteers were cleaning up the ice floor getting ready
for curling.
Any member can volunteer and volunteers
are always welcome!
Welcome to the Anchorage Curling Club!
Our club is a cozy 2-sheet club located on government hill in Anchorage, Alaska - we offer curling from October to April for novice to advanced participants. Curling can be wholly recreational, completely competitive, or somewhere in between - it's a blast and a wonderful sport for folks from all walks of life!
We host Learn-to-Curl classes, as well as league play and funspiels for novice curlers to learn by. We also offer more advanced leagues, cashspiels, and playdowns for the more experienced and/or competitive curlers.
The Anchorage Curling Club is a member of both the Alaska Curling Association and the United States Curling Association and provides teams to participate in events sponsors by those associations.
